Robert is the co-founder and Partner of Core Equity Partners. He is responsible for identifying and sourcing opportunities, business development, and investor relations.
Over the past several years Robert has built a portfolio of essential retail and service-oriented shopping center. Robert has transacted on over 2,500,000 sq. ft. of value-oriented retail and flex space with a focus on discount retail and grocery anchored assets.
Robert has two decades of experience in valuation of real estate and other assets, and played a lead role in the analysis and examination of Lehman Brothers Commercial Real Estate portfolio for its court appointed bankruptcy examiner. Prior to forming Core, he served as a Director in the New York office of Duff & Phelps.
He holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance from Yeshiva University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
